ISMT Lecturer Participates in the 20th Edition of the Iberian International Business Conference
ISMT lecturer Alexandre Martins de Oliveira took part in the 20th edition of the Iberian International Business Conference 2025, held from October 2 to 4 at the University of Oviedo, in Gijón, Spain.During the conference, he participated in the first Doctoral Workshop, where he was a speaker in the debate “Dos and Don’ts in the PhD journey”, sharing his experience and academic path as a PhD student in Portugal.
Alexandre Martins de Oliveira also presented his paper entitled “A dynamic approach to institutional change in the European Union: Institutional fragility and firm performance”, contributing to the scientific discussion on institutional change and business performance in the European context.
His participation in this event reinforces ISMT’s commitment to international research and the dissemination of scientific knowledge within leading European academic networks.
