The ISMT and the ISCAC organise the presentation of the book 'Como proteger a democracia', by David Dinis, on the 9th of December at 14:30, at the Clube Tiro & Sport.

The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) and the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Coimbra (ISCAC) are organising the presentation of the book “Como proteger a democracia” (How to protect democracy), by David Dinis. The session will take place on the 9th of December, at 14:30, at the Clube Tiro & Sport facilities in Coimbra.

The book will be presented by Member of Parliament Gonçalo Capitão, providing an opportunity to reflect on the current challenges facing democratic systems. The event aims to foster civic and political debate, aligning with the mission of the higher education institutions involved to promote active citizenship.

This initiative is supported by several entities, namely Civicus – Associação de Dinamização Cívica, Clube de Tiro e Sport de Coimbra, SEDES – Associação Cívica, Centro de Valorização de Eleitos Locais, and ANAM – Associação Nacional de Assembleias Municipais. Admission is free.
