2026 End of Year Party gathers the academic community at Jardim da Sereia

The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga marked the closure of teaching activities with a social gathering at the Casa de Chá in Jardim da Sereia.

The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) held its 2026 End of Year Party on the 9th of June. The event took place at the Casa de Chá in Jardim da Sereia, in the city of Coimbra, with the primary objective of formally marking the end of another academic year.

Following a period focused on curricular activities and overcoming academic challenges, the event brought together ISMT students, teaching staff, and other institutional employees in a relaxed environment. The organisation prepared a setting aimed at consolidating interpersonal and institutional bonds, providing participants with various moments of entertainment and music.

The realisation of this gathering was supported by the collaboration of external entities, specifically the Coimbra Municipality and APPACDM, which joined the higher education institution in this initiative. Although classrooms are now closing for the standard academic break, the structural operations and planning of the ISMT continue, with the announcement of new projects expected shortly.
