ISMT hosts Town Hall debate session with Miguel Prata Roque

The Miguel Torga Higher Institute (ISMT) is organising a Town Hall meeting on 18 March at 16:30, featuring Miguel Prata Roque. The event will take place in Room 2 of the Gomes Freire Building and is intended as a space for direct dialogue between the speaker and the participants.
