The Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT) organises, in partnership with CRA-RJ (Conselho Regional de Administração do Rio de Janeiro), the 1st International Congress of Managers and Administrators. Under the theme "Corporate Ethics and Public Interest", the event takes place on the 9th and 10th of November, between 14:30 and 17:30, at Mata do Bussaco.

Contemporary management faces the challenge of integrating the ethical dimension within the context of the public interest. In this regard, the congress provides a space for debate and knowledge sharing focused on the responsibility of organisations and current administration practices. The programme is structured to foster the analysis of corporate governance models and the alignment of organisational goals with the demands of society.

The event is aimed at sector professionals, lecturers, the student community, and the general public interested in administration themes. The choice of Mata do Bussaco to host the proceedings offers a setting focused on joint reflection. ISMT invites all those interested to participate in these sessions.
