LEARNING OUTCOMES
 
Goals:
a) To endow students with knowledge that will allow them a multi-faceted approach enabling the equation and presentation of solutions for the increasingly complex problems that companies and organisations generally face in constantly changing societies.
d) To endow students with theoretical knowledge that will allow them to know the techniques and tools connected with Human Resources Management;
c) To endow students with knowledge that will allow them to know how to apply the techniques and tools connected with Human Resources Management in several contexts, such as crisis periods. Competences:
1. Students should know the various human resources management tools they have at their disposal and know how to use them in different contexts;
2. Students should develop the ability to communicate both orally and in writing;
3. Students should develop the ability to analyse and synthesise;
