Develop knowledge of fundamental management concepts;
Examine the functions of management: such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling;
Demonstrate critical thinking when presented with managerial problems;
Understand the importance of accounting as a management tool, know the organization and the functioning of the accounting system and learn to interpret the main financial statements.
