1. To frame the technical and legal training of the concept of company within the contingencies of the global market.
2. To explain current corporate environment through mercantile history and markets expansion.
3. To define the concept of market as the universe of productive activity and to downplay its importance according to alternative social and political options, referenced since the post-war.
4. To introduce in training the fundamental frameworks on the type of company functioning, as well as all the social and labour parameters that frame it.
5. To teach the sources of Computer Law.
6. To highlight the legality of using computer technology as a good company management criterion.
7. To establish the legal boundaries on Internet use, thus preventing by means of training misuses that disrupt Institutions' normal functioning.
