At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- identify and describe some Anglophone countries/cultures
- read and comprehend authentic texts published by the Anglo-Saxon press, other information outlets and/or means of communication
- accurately identify and use specific terminology
- prepare business correspondence and academic papers with linguistic accuracy and using a proper register and format
- make structured and linguistically accurate oral presentations
- prepare a CV and a covering letter/ letter of application
