Bruno Cordeiro was recognised for his presentation on career management in Southern European SMEs at the Dialogues in Organisational Behaviour II event.

Bruno Cordeiro, a lecturer at the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga (ISMT), participated in the conference Dialogues in Organisational Behaviour II, which took place on 11 and 12 September 2026 at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra.

During the event, the lecturer presented a communication entitled “The Strength of Management Practices and Career Management in Southern European SMEs”. The work focused on the analysis of management practices and, in particular, career management applied to the specific context of small and medium-sized enterprises located in the Southern European region.
